PROJECT OVERVIEW
Pioneering Build-to-Rent Project Supporting At-Risk Women and Children
This unique build-to-rent project, located in Dandenong, represents Australia’s first initiative designed specifically to support at-risk women and children. Built with a high-performance double wall system, the project employed a conventional cladding approach with construction progressing from the bottom up using a scaffold access strategy.
To achieve the precise design, each custom-printed format panel was meticulously positioned according to exact specifications, with panel breaks aligned to ensure a cohesive appearance. The project incorporated 2,100 m² of custom-printed aluminium panels and 1,500 m² of custom perforated panels. This complex “jigsaw puzzle” required rigorous planning, accurate layout, and detailed tracking of each panel to bring the vision to life.
