Working closely with the builder and engineer ensures our frames and panels are manufactured to the highest standard with minimal tolerance for error.

We incorporate a stringent design process that focuses on getting it right first time reducing the need to constantly return to site to re-check measurements.

Streamlined Approach to Architectural Cladding Installation

Façade installation can be an expensive and time consuming process. Our unique approach acknowledges these factors and provides many benefits:

 

  • We streamline the process and provide a lightweight engineered system that eliminates the need to separate the façade structure and secondary framing, saving time and money.

  • We go into the construction process early as part of the structural works which allows the builder to change the sequence of construction and compresses building timelines.

  • Manufacturing and assembling the façade structure offsite enables the builder to continue with the build process. Once you’re ready, we install the structure with minimal fuss and inconvenience.

  • With many projects, the installation process is quick and efficient. On site, we typically achieve 50-80sqm
    of completed façade per day with a team of four tradespersons. That’s a lot of façade in a short timeframe!

Sustainable Approach to Architectural Facade Solutions

We are passionate about doing our bit to preserve the environment for the sake of our children and future generations.

  • Our manufacturing process uses smaller quantities of light gauge steel which is fully recyclable.

  • Our pre-fabricated product and coordinated deliveries reduces our embodied carbon emissions.

  • We prefer to use green star rated products and refer to ecospecifier as an information source www.ecospecifier.org

  • Wherever possible, material used in the manufacturing process is recycled and packaging material returned to suppliers for them to re-use.
